Zellweger and Zeta-Jones Go Pop
Source: teenhollywood.comHollywood stars Catherine Zeta-Jones and Renee Zellweger are launching an all-out assault on the pop charts.
The hot actresses star together in the forthcoming big screen version of hit musical "Chicago", and have impressed critics with their vocal performances.
The pair have now recorded a song called "Moving On", which will play as the film's credits roll, and according to insiders, Zeta-Jones wants to unleash the song on the charts.
One says, "Catherine has always fancied herself as a pop star and not unreasonably she sees this as a perfect opportunity to have another bash at getting a hit single.
"She can certainly sing, but whether that's enough to get her a hit, well, we'll see."
As a youngster, Zeta-Jones was in a girl band and once had a top 40 hit with a song called "For All Time".
